Roast Beef Sandwich

Note: A way to use left over beef roast, fondue cheese, and ajvar

Ingredients:

Left over Roast Beef

½ boule Sourdough Bread

Swiss Cheese slices

Ajvar

Directions:

Preheat oven to broil

Assemble sandwich on a baking sheet, open-faced

Cook in oven until cheese has melted

Final Notes:

Pretty sure we also dipped the sandwiched in the pot roast juices, which we really enjoyed.

Messy to eat, but turned out to be a pretty tasty combo of things
