Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

Note: Since we do not own a grill, this is our go-to way to cook corn on the cob

Ingredients:

Ears of Corn, still in their husks

Directions:

Adjust an oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

Trim off silk and dried ends of husks

[Might not actually be necessary, but it's what I do because I don't want stuff charring to the point where it breaks off and falls to the bottom of the oven. I just lop off SOME of the tip with kitchen shears.]

Place corn directly on oven rack, leaving space between cobs

Roast for 30 minutes

Let cool for 10-15 minutes

Peel back the husks, silks will be easy to pull off
