Note: This is my list of cookbooks I'm considering buying or should get around to reading


Read:

  • The Wok (I'm sorry Kenji, I've had the book since it was released, but just haven't sat down and read it!


Buy:

  • Salt Fat Acid Heat by Samin Nosrat (very familiar with it, just don't own it)

  • Flour Water Salt Yeast by Ken Forkish (own it on my Kindle, but I don't exactly keep it charged)


Look into More:

  • Bottom of the Pot by Naz Deravian (was mentioned in an episode of Taste the Nation and sounded interesting)
